Great organizations. Great female talent.

Missing Connections.

Traditional recruiting sends you résumés, but you need people who will strengthen your culture, multiply your impact, and stay committed when challenges arise.

A bad hire doesn't just fill a seat poorly—it weakens your entire team and diverts energy from your mission.

My Story: Understanding What Mission-driven Organizations Really Need

My journey began two decades ago, training new employees within a local Chick-fil-A. I learned that exceptional organizations don't just hire for skills—they select for culture. I witnessed how the right person could elevate an entire team's performance and how the wrong fit could disrupt everything.

After a meaningful season in education, I moved into learning and development with a nonprofit and discovered the unique challenges mission-driven organizations face in building teams.

Then, during five years of working remotely as a ministry wife and mother, I experienced both sides of the equation: what exceptional remote team members bring to organizations, and what organizations need to do to help them thrive.

The insight that changed everything: The strongest mission-driven teams aren't built through traditional hiring—they're built through intentional talent selection that prioritizes cultural alignment alongside competency.

Our Solution: Talent Selection That Strengthens Your Mission

We don't just fill positions. We help you build teams that amplify your impact through:

Cultural Alignment Assessment We dig deeper than résumés to find candidates whose values genuinely align with your mission—people who will stay engaged when the work gets challenging.

Remote Work Excellence We identify women who don't just work remotely, but excel in remote environments—bringing strong communication, self-direction, and collaborative skills that strengthen virtual teams.

Long-term Partnership We're invested in your team's success beyond the placement, supporting both you and your new team members as they grow together.
